What we collect
When you submit a speaking inquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, job title, organization, email, phone, event details, dates, location, program preferences, budget indication and any notes. We also record technical attribution data — the page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign parameters in the URL.
Why we collect it
To evaluate and respond to your speaking inquiry, to check availability, to prepare a proposal and to manage the engagement if it proceeds. Marketing emails are only sent if you separately opt in; that consent is recorded independently of your inquiry.
How it is stored
Inquiry data is stored in a secured database. Access is restricted to authenticated management accounts through row-level security policies. Inquiry records are never publicly readable, and no visitor can read another person's submission.
Calendar privacy
Public availability on this site shows only a status for a date — available, limited, held, unavailable or inquire. Private event titles, client names and personal calendar details are never exposed publicly.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and advertising tags are only activated once measurement IDs are configured and any required consent has been obtained. Attribution data is stored for the duration of your browsing session so we know how you found the site.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
